* RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY *

 

Customers may return an item for store credit or exchange an item for different size or color.

* Items must be returned in it's original condition unworn and undamaged. Items must be sent back in its original box. Any items that appear to have been worn or damaged in any way will result in 10% fee or ineligibility to receive store credit.

* Customers may exchange or return for store credit within 7 business days of delivered date. Returns after this date will NOT be permissible.

* If an item is returned store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount. Once your return is received it will be processed and store credit will be issued within 2-5 business days. 

* All items are returned to SNM Shoes at the customers expense. Tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer and emailed to us at sales@snmshoes.com

* Please keep in mind original shipping and delivery fees are NOT refunded and NOT applicable to store credit.

* Any items returned that do not meet our terms will be discarded.

* All SALE items are final.

* All sales are FINAL when using discount or coupon codes. 

BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

If a chargeback is conducted after your purchase, you agree to pay for all associated costs incurred from the ligation that will be filed against you.
